We build boutique buildings of 40 to 80 apartments, buy our stone, appliances and joinery direct and sell through our own team rather than paying agent margins. The savings goes into the price, not into a bigger marketing budget. That is why a Norus apartment with a marble kitchen costs what other developers charge for laminate.
