Riverbend Ivanhoe continued to make strong progress throughout September, with works advancing across both the exterior and apartment interiors. External wall framing, window installation and roofing are moving towards completion while internal works are now becoming more visible across the ground-floor residences.
This progress is being matched by strong buyer momentum, with Riverbend Ivanhoe now 90% sold. As construction moves into more detailed stages, the building is becoming increasingly recognisable as the future residential address taking shape in Ivanhoe.

As the structure continues to rise, activity is also beginning to expand into services and internal works across the building.
With Parkview Burwood now 80% sold, September marks another important step forward as different stages of construction begin progressing alongside one another and the building becomes increasingly defined.
