October Update
Construction at Riverbend Ivanhoe continued throughout October, with the tower crane now dismantled and all metal roofing installed. External wall works are progressing across the upper levels while internal finishes are taking shape, marking another important step towards completion. .
With 75% sold, Riverbend Ivanhoe continues to attract strong buyer interest as construction progresses across multiple levels. From painted ceilings and waterproofing to plasterwork and services, the apartments are steadily moving closer to their finished form.

October Update
Construction continues to advance at Parkview Burwood, with the main concrete structure nearing completion and the upper roof slab scheduled to be poured. Meanwhile, windows and external wall works are progressing as internal framing and essential services take shape throughout the building.
With Parkview Burwood now 75% sold, October marks another important milestone as construction moves further into the interior stages, bringing purchasers closer to seeing their future homes take shape.
