August Update
Riverbend Ivanhoe continued to rise through the levels throughout August, with the completion of the level 2 and level 3 slabs marking another major milestone on site. More than 1,000 cubic metres of concrete has now been poured, while approximately 70 precast columns and 21 panels have been installed across both levels.
Progress is also taking shape inside the building, with framing, window installation and services works advancing across several areas at once. Buyer confidence continues alongside construction, with Riverbend Ivanhoe now 80% sold.

Burwood
August Update
Construction continues at pace at Parkview Burwood, with the basement slabs and ground floor slab now fully poured. Precast panel installation is also progressing through the basement and ground floor as the building begins to rise above the lower levels.
With Parkview Burwood now 70% sold, purchasers can see clear progress as the structure gains height and essential services are incorporated into each stage of the build.
