Riverbend Ivanhoe continued to make strong progress throughout June, with the completion of the basement structure marking an important milestone on site. Attention has now shifted to the ground floor, where the slab is well advanced and the building footprint is becoming far more defined as works continue above ground.
This steady momentum is also being reflected in buyer confidence, with Riverbend Ivanhoe now 60% sold. As formwork begins on level 1 and the next structural phase comes into view, the project is taking shape as a premium new address in Ivanhoe.
